"Daniella navigated me through my issue. She was engaged, took ownership of my questions, was patient when I was loosing mine, sincere, knowledgeable and professional. I thank her and very happy, when I was through the gauntlet of Ai agent that was a complete farce, that I landed with Ms. Navarro. I truly appreciated her and will contact her if I need her in the future. I don't appreciate, at all, is your AI phone system. It fails by comparison to many other's that I've used. Worst of all, your "Declaration" and "Policy" documents were made for people in your industry, not the masses. Perhaps it's by design. THANK YOU DANIELLA NAVARRO!"
